I took my car to Patriot Chevrolet in hopkinsville because I would drive down the road and it would shut off and on off and on it was a 2005 suburban they charged me $1,200 to fix the problem as soon as I pulled out of the lot it did the same thing again they told me it would be 2 weeks before they could get me back in the shop disgusted I called Eric at Walker automotive he told me to bring it in. 15 minutes after I was there he brought my vehicle back around confused I asked did you find out what was wrong. He said yes and it is fixed. I replied are you kidding me already what was wrong. A main connector wire had gotten corroded and was it making good contact with the computer he fixed the problem and charged me $20 that is a whole lot better than 1200 that Patriot Chevrolet of hopkinsville charged me. Walker Automotive replaced the throttle control on my 2000 Volvo S70. This was no small task since it required software programming. Now running great. They also replaced the timing belt as it was overdue for replacement. I’m very well pleased with their service. Professional and very customer friendly!!! Would add a couple of stars if I could.

Earlier this week I took my 2016 VW Jetta to Walker Automotive to have my spark plugs replaced. They finished the job by Tuesday afternoon and my vehicle was ready to be picked up. However, I only got about 10 minutes down the road when my car started overheating and smoking. I immediately called Walker's back, but they were closed so I left a message explaining what was going on. I thought I would be stuck for the night with a vehicle I couldn't drive! To my surprise, Eric called me back immediately and had a tow truck to pick the car up within an hour. The next day they realized that due to a freak and undetermined accident, the main hose to the radiator had somehow come off. They fixed the problem at no charge and I picked my vehicle up on Thursday problem free. Now, I don't know if the shop caused the overheating problem, but here's what I do know: as soon as I called about the problem, they immediately took care of it and fixed it. That is phenomenal customer service and great business! For this reason, I would definitely recommend Walker's Automotive!
