Whoever balances tires is top notch! My tires are high quality but on the verge of needing to be replaced. The ride was getting poor. After balancing smooth as glass and rides like new. Thanks!

Had to return to the shop for an electronic control module that was provided by the car manufacturer and installed/programed by Walker Auto. The shop quickly got my car in to verify the the ECM was in fact faulty. Walker Auto went direct with the manufacturer in Nashville and ensured that a new ECM was ordered, installed and properly working. The shop made this process easy and kept me informed along the way.
