I have been going to the BMW dealership in Nashville, Tennessee and Brentwood, Tennessee as well as Bowling Green, Kentucky for several years now. I have to admit that I am not mechanically inclined so they have been cheating me out of a lot of money over the years. This last time I went to them In Brentwood, Tennessee, they told me that I needed some air struts that I knew I didn’t need. They were going to charge me over $13,000 because they said it was not covered under my warranty program, I found this location, Walker Automotive by searching the Internet. I brought my car here and found out that I did not need any air struts, but I had a hole in my air intake line. They replaced it along with repairing some oil leaks that BMW did not catch. I can go on and sing their praises but if you have been going to any BMW dealership, I strongly recommend that you check out this company because they are honest open and direct. Your car will appreciate you!

I've been lucky enough to spend a lot of time inside the Walker Auto shop filming and photographing the guys while they're working, and what stands out to me - as someone who once upon a time worked at a few dealerships - is how the mechanics all help each other out! At many other shops, it's each man for himself, because they're so worried about getting things done as fast as possible in order to maximize their pay. But at Walker, it's a true team, and it's always about doing the right thing, no matter what. And yes, I am a customer too =)

They were very friendly. Did a great job getting my car fixed in just a couple days. Kept me updated the whole way through. Definitely recommend going here! I definitely will be back for anything involving my car!

Excellent customer service. These guys are really here to help. Will walk through every step of the process you need to go through and are honest, trustworthy people. My best experience with a shop. Josh is very knowledgeable, professional, and overall a great human being to work with. This is where all my cars will go to get serviced from now on.
