Did my Ac belt and tensioners. Very friendly, and not too pricey. Definitely my first call for any work i need done.

Went in to get my vehicle scanned due to an antifreeze leak. Not only did they find the cause for the leak but went above and beyond to tell my wife and I all of the other issues that were about to become our worse nightmare! As long as I’m in the area I will be going to walker for all my automotive needs and will highly recommend!

The staff treats you like you are family, I come from another city just for this shop to handle my car issues. They not only complete the work you ask for but they go a step further by checking your vehicles history so that you don’t miss out on recalls or future repairs or check-ups. I will not name drop because the whole team deserves more stars then I can choose here. Since they do have finance companies they work with you don’t have to feel the pressures of repairing one thing at a time. You can drive away with the peace of mind that you haven’t spent outside your budget and they even have shuttles or loaner vehicles so you don’t have to stay and wait for repairs to be completed. Even if I have simple questions or need information they are so knowledgeable and don’t mind getting my questions answered. Thanks guys and gal, I will make sure I spread the word that your all are the best thing since sliced bread!

The staff was more than personable, knowledgeable, and great to do business with. They brought me into the shop to show me differences on a vehicle I was looking to buy. Will do business with them again.

If you’re wanting aftermarket work done, DO NOT go here. I got some aftermarket wheels put on & within the next day, something was off. They gave me the run around twice saying it was nothing. Noises just don’t come from nowhere after your vehicle was worked on the day before. They test drove my vehicle more than they should’ve, still never bothered fixing it. I went to a shop down the road & within 20 minutes they found the issue. The issue was created by Walker Automotive. All they care about is google reviews and money. Do better & treat your customers better. Pathetic.

I found Walker Automotive through a Google search. Since I’m in Clarksville, I initially assumed they were local, only realizing after my first call with Will that they’re actually in Kentucky. Even so, based on their reviews (and how great that first phone call was), I decided they were worth the drive. And I’m so glad I did. When I arrived, I was greeted by Martha (I think!). There was another lady I encountered, both incredibly kind and welcoming. They were expecting me and got my truck in quickly for evaluation. I originally went in for what I thought was a simple serpentine belt replacement, but it turned out there were several other critical issues that needed attention. Will walked me through everything, helping me prioritize what had to be done immediately and what could safely wait, which I truly appreciated. The technicians, Anthony and Shane (I believe that was his name), did a thorough, professional job and completed the work in a timely manner. And bonus points: Walker Automotive provided a loaner car for a few days, which was a huge help. Will kept me updated throughout the entire process and even made sure I was well taken care of when he wasn’t in the office. The whole time, it was driving me crazy because Will’s demeanor and customer service reminded me of someone from a movie, and it finally clicked while writing this review: Barney Thompson, the hotel manager from Pretty Woman! You truly feel like a VIP at Walker Automotive. They are absolutely worth the hour drive. I left with complete confidence that nothing was going to fall off my truck, thanks to their quality checks and the genuine care they show every customer who walks through their doors. 10/10 recommend.
