Great service by great people. They have earned my business and trust. The quality and speed of the work was excellent and the loaner vehicle program was straightforward and hassle free. I’m on my third Volvo and won’t take it anywhere else.

I sincerely appreciate the level of professional treatment I received at every visit to Walker Automotives in Elkton, Ky. The customer service representatives are very knowledgeable on foreign imports and domestic vehicles. This really impressed me! The way the customer reps. articulated the findings, the outcomes, and the order in which the items of concerns would need to be addressed proved that the sales reps. are unified in there efforts to verbalize all concerns the service technicians noted. There is definitely a high level of proficiency and quality execution in Walker Automotives business model and it is present at every visit. From the sales reps. to the service technicians that perform the diagnostics and repairs, there is a level of knowledge and customer care I have not seen even at large car dealerships. In closing, I could not be anymore pleased with the outcomes of all my vehicles. You guys truly have my vote and my business. Thank you for these experiences and I look forward to many more...

This was my first time using Walker Automotive. These guys were great. They called or sent an update message every other day. Their communication was by far the best I’ve ever had.

I’ve gone back and forth about leaving this review because I don’t like tearing down a local business. But after our experience with Walker’s Automotive, I do feel like an honest review is warranted. We took our 2018 Nissan Armada there for repairs and, unfortunately, what followed was weeks of frustration, conflicting explanations, and being told things about our vehicle that we later discovered simply were not true. I completely understand that vehicles can be difficult to diagnose. I don’t expect every mechanic to immediately know the answer, and I understand that sometimes a repair doesn’t go as planned. What I DO expect is honesty. If you don’t know what is wrong with my vehicle, tell me that. I can respect “I don’t know.” What I cannot respect is being given information that isn’t true and being strung along while trusting that what we were being told was accurate. After everything, we ultimately got our Armada back with the A/C not working and had to take it elsewhere. I’m happy to say we now have it back, the A/C is working, and the problems have finally been addressed. This review isn’t written out of anger or to humiliate anyone. I genuinely hope they take it as constructive criticism, because good communication and honesty with customers can make all the difference. We trusted Walker’s with our vehicle, our time, and our money. Unfortunately, after our experience, that trust is gone, and we will not be returning.
