Wow, Eric Walker with Walker Automotive runs a superior automotive repair venue! He and all the employees who are employed there are top notch! I think Eric and his team have been servicing my vehicles for approximately five years now. Any and all questions I have had are answered with explanation if needed. I had a question one time about a regular service I had them preform on my first Mercedes. The gentleman who preformed the service came to the lobby and explained everything to me. I had few more questions, the technician took me to my car and showed me everything I had questions about. The reasoning for this was not only to satisfy me, but to show me how the particular option(s) could be changed. This way not only fixed the issue but know I know much more about how to change options (electronic panels) on my own. Mandy, Eric's wife has always been wonderful in auxiliary issues, i.e. Scheduling or changes, paperwork,reception and even keeping Eric on his toes. I don't know but Mandy maybe the HEARTBEAT for the whole operation!! My Thanks for all of their support in keeping my vehicle up to date and running just like new. What a great crew.
