Quite competent. However, they wanted to replace the whole drive shaft instead just the u-joints.

Sometimes we have to make decisions that will prevent us from getting in a situation where we take a component apart and then have pieces break, then the customer is forced to buy a component when they are not prepared to do so. We try to avoid this on older vehicles or vehicles that have rusty components so we can advise you properly in the beginning. Walker Automotive did an excellent job repairing my 2009 Yukon. I had taken this vehicle to two different repair shops and spent over $900 with both of them and neither fixed the problem. Walker did a full vehicle inspection, pin pointed the problem, fixed it, and returned it to me quickly. Their Road Force balance machine and professional service gave me a very smooth and comfortable ride again. Walker Automotive not only fixed the problem, but emailed me a PDF that identified several issues/concerns that would get my vehicle back to 100%. I would highly recommend them for anyone that wants the job done right and promptly. I appreciate their professionalism and knowledge.
